Returns are only accepted in the following situations:
• The product is torn or damaged (not mentioned in the product details or description)
• The product received does not match the image shown on our website.
• The product received is different from the product that was ordered.
• To be eligible for a return, you must provide uncut video proof of the product’s condition immediately upon receipt. This video must clearly show the damage or discrepancy in the product, and must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Once we have received and reviewed the video proof, we will notify you of our decision to approve or deny the return. If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
We do not accept returns for any other reasons, including but not limited to: change of mind, wrong size or fit, or simply not liking the product.
All returned products must be in their original packaging, with all original tags and labels intact. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return.
Shipping charges for returned products will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
